• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Sound knowledge of dealer and distributor management.

• Experience in project sales and institutional sales will be an advantage.

• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Bangladesh.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.

• Appoint and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners across Bangladesh.

• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and project customers.

• Increase market share through effective territory management and business development.

• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and customer requirements.

• Ensure timely collection of receivables and compliance with the company's credit policy.

• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Accounts to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Organize dealer meetings, product training, and promotional activities.

• Monitor inventory availability and market demand.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and ethical sales practices.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
