Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
∎ Open to apply for fresher with no prior experience.
∎ You are the perfect candidate if you have:
∎ Proficiency in major Microsoft Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
∎ Willingness to travel across different regions of Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
∎ Excellent presentation skills in front of large audience.
∎ Detail-oriented mindset.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill, Excellent English Writing and Speaking, Proficiency in Office appllication, Public Speaking and Presentation, Time Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with onboarding clients to assess their requirements and create customized implementation plans to ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Ensure client happiness by ensuring smooth operations during the SaaS onboarding and implementation process.
∎ Preparing software systems with all necessary relevant client data before training.
∎ Ensure client readiness to properly use the SaaS platform by providing proper training and support to clients during the implementation process.
∎ Coordinate with the Product Manager to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
∎ Create specialized implementation and onboarding documents user manual for each client, detailing all guidelines from the customer's perspective.
∎ Coordinate with the Product Manager to ensure seamless integration of our software with clients' existing systems.
∎ Collaborate with sales and product development teams to provide valuable feedback for product enhancement.
∎ Collection of customization requirements based on clients’ individual needs and specifications.
∎ Understanding the client's needs and maintaining relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ You will get extra preference if you have:
∎ a. Proven experience in Customer onboarding & Implementation.
∎ b. Familiarity with retail sales processes.
∎ c. Proficiency with SQL database management systems.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 17000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary review: Yearly
Festival bonus: 2 (Yearly)
