Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To be responsible for credit and cash collection against company sales .
∎ Set Departmental target align with the organization's business goal.
∎ Preparing and presenting Collection and related reports to the management regularly.
∎ Keep regular contact with the customers and remind them before every installment is due.
∎ Follow up with customers and ensure collection of due installments from them as per their payment schedule.
∎ Ensure monthly credit collection.
∎ Ensure Departmental target achievement effectively and efficiently.
∎ Resolved critical internal and external issues to meet the client’s expectation.
∎ Make periodical root cause analysis and fix the problem at root level within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Initiate handover registration process for full paid customer with effective communication with internal and external customers.
∎ Regularized problematic file into scheduled payment category through proper
∎ To maintain a strong professional relationship with clients and ensure superior customer service.
