∎ Prior experience in sales of industrial chemicals or enzymes, preferably in the washing sector, is a plus.
∎ Hands-on experience with washing chemicals and technical demonstrations is highly desirable.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
∎ Strong understanding of washing processes, techniques, and effects.
∎ Quick learner with the ability to acquire in-depth product knowledge in a short period.
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

∎ Develop and execute strategies to align product offerings with market demands.
∎ Analyze customer requirements, propose cost-effective solutions, and create pricing proposals.
∎ Acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
∎ Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities and leveraging existing product lines.
∎ Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold the company's reputation.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to identify new opportunities.
