Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
∎ Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals such as click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
∎ Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media posts, and digital ads.
∎ Ensure content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
∎ Schedule and manage posts across social media platforms.
∎ Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improving search engine performance.
∎ Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics.
∎ Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
∎ Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact, or similar tools.
∎ Manage email lists, create segmented campaigns, and analyze open and click-through rates.
∎ Set up, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media channels.
∎ Test ad creatives, formats, and audiences to maximize results.
∎ Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
∎ Build and maintain online communities to foster brand loyalty.
∎ Campaign Management:
