∎ The key success factor of the position: Develop a business portfolio by identifying and selling to prospects, offering exceptional before-during-after sales services, and maintaining great relationships with clients. As a trainee in B2B Sales for our SaaS-based ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) company, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. This role is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in B2B sales, enabling you to develop essential skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn and understand the features, benefits, and value proposition of Sokrio product(s)
∎ Understand the customer value chains and pain points and relate how Sokrio Tech products are solving these challenges and adding value to the customers.
∎ Assist the sales team in identifying and prospecting potential B2B customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key industry trends, target markets, and customer pain points.
∎ Qualify leads and set up appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team with potential clients.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to meet the specific needs of customers.
∎ Prepare sales proposals and customer requirement specifications for valid business leads
∎ Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Plan, coordinate, manage, and execute business agreements with client organizations.
∎ Support the sales team in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to provide valuable feedback and contribute to product enhancements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Monthly Basic BDT 10,000.00. Incentives will be provided according to the sales target. Energetic and dedicated resources can get easily BDT 20,000+.
