Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends also analyse competitor strategies, customer needs, and industry changes.
∎ Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s market reach and achieve growth targets.
∎ Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities. Establish relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
∎ Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations with external organizations to drive business growth.
∎ Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for new business opportunities and clients.
∎ Provide regular sales forecasts and report on business development progress to senior management.
∎ Monitor KPIs and ensure business development goals are met.
∎ Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
