∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for land projects.
∎ Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation and support.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, brokers and stakeholders.
∎ Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote land projects, targeting potential buyers and investors.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital and traditional marketing materials.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitors and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and strategic alliances to expand the customer base.
∎ Conduct market research and feasibility studies for upcoming land projects.
∎ Keep liaison with valued and prospective clients, communicate and negotiate on behalf of the organization, and complete all the procedures involved therein.
∎ Train, mentor, and supervise the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
∎ Develop KPIs and evaluate the performance of the team members.
∎ Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and analysis to senior management.
