• Advanced skills in BOQ analysis and construction costing.

• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced computer skills for processing information.

• Knowledgeable in AUTO-CAD (2D, 3D).

• Excellent communication skills MS Word Excel PowerPoint

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Prepare and analyze the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on provided drawings.

• Review and verify drawings to ensure they meet the requirements of the work.

• Recommend and utilize the most suitable quantity of materials based on the location and nature of work.

• Collect first-hand information from sites, warehouses, or other relevant locations.

• Maintain an up-to-date price list of all materials.

• Build and nurture relationships with key vendors including subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers.

• Conduct risk analysis to identify potential issues.

• Visit sites as necessary to ensure accuracy and progress.

• Perform site bill checks and ensure accurate billing.

• Propose alternative materials when needed.

• Liaise with architects and structural engineers to ensure the best possible product outcomes.
