Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Devise and execute innovative brand strategies to accelerate growth and enhance brand equity in line with long-term business objectives.
∎ Lead and drive initiatives that reinforce brand positioning, enhancing customer perception, loyalty, and alignment with the company's overarching goals in coordination with cross-functional departments.
∎ Develop digital marketing strategic plan and relate with brand positioning
∎ Develop and manage digital marketing activities and campaigns
∎ Optimize content for the social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google AdSense, Google Plus, etc.
∎ Coordinate in creating - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports of ongoing campaigns on various social media platforms for both pre and post campaigns;
∎ Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
∎ Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
∎ Promote company’s product and services in the digital space.
∎ Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
∎ Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns.
∎ Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
∎ Day to day content development and blog posting.
∎ Must understand the marketing mix and relate with business plan.
∎ Should have experience on “how to generate the lead and analyze it”.
∎ Prepare campaign reports, analyze the ROI of campaigns and optimize accordingly;
∎ Sound knowledge on PPT, MS Word & Excel.
∎ Active participation in brainstorming sessions with strategic team members and contribute in the ideation process;
