Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate must have good communication skills both in verbal and written form. Must be efficient in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint , with good typing speed and able to type in English and Bengali.
∎ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in reputable real estate companies in renting and selling Commercial and residential properties .
∎ Must be smart, presentable and preference to individuals with motor bike license.
∎ Have secured knowledge and understanding in writing tenancy agreements and sells contracts.
∎ Managing self discipline with regard to attendance and punctuality, time management and leading the team efficiently.
∎ Communicating with tenants and team, reconcile the payments with accounts ensuring rents are collected timely by due date and following up issues.
∎ Able to handle dispute in a professional manner and recover outstanding rents.
