∎ Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, technical support, or process optimization within the denim fabric industry.
∎ Hands-on experience with rope/slasher dyeing processes is essential.
∎ Deep understanding of denim manufacturing processes, especially rope and slasher dyeing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of indigo dyeing, fixing agents, and auxiliary chemicals.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for customers.
∎ Proven ability to manage product trials and troubleshooting in customer facilities.
∎ Analytical mindset to prepare pricing and product proposals effectively.
∎ Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term partnerships.
∎ Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and technical support.

∎ Build and maintain relationships with denim mills, identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Analyze and address customer requirements, preparing cost-effective proposals and costings.
∎ Collaborate with R&D and production teams to optimize products based on market feedback.
∎ Ensure timely resolution of technical and service-related complaints, maintaining high levels of customer trust and satisfaction.
∎ Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and advancements in denim dyeing to identify new opportunities.
