Education:
∎ • Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ • Minimum Graduate in any discipline preferably from Social welfare / Science, Law,
∎ • Candidates having Masters or relevant training will be preferred.
∎ • Training/ Trade Course: Having 6 months fire safety training from recognized institute
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing & updating all compliance-related documents/registers as per the buyer's requirement and keeping all records of factory compliance up to date.
∎ To face and actively participate audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT & GSV, HIGG and other audits.
∎ To prepare corrective action plans (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ Actively participating and facilitating different sort of trainings like Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc.
∎ Supporting departments by managing day-to-day operation of factory compliance & preparing audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information.
∎ Interacting with factory floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware about maintaining compliance standards.
∎ To work to ensure good health and safe environment in the workplace in all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire and electrical.
∎ To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance.
