Responsibilities & Context:

The Trainee Assistant Plaza Manager (Trainee APM) Program is designed to develop future retail management professionals through structured On-the-Job Training (OJT). Trainees will work closely under the supervision of the Plaza Manager and gain practical exposure to core retail operations, sales management, and customer service.

This program is a part of the Future Retail Leader Program (FRLP), which focuses on identifying, grooming, and developing high-potential talents through hands-on learning, performance evaluation, and continuous guidance, preparing them for future leadership roles in retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the direct supervision of the Plaza Manager
  • Assist in daily showroom/plaza operations
  • Support sales activities and customer service functions
  • Learn inventory control, cash handling, and reporting procedures
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow company policies, retail standards, and operational guidelines
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management during training period
