Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending regular mastering and Gunti at 7:00 am
∎ Checking and signing program book and other register/ files
∎ Maintaining all kind factorial activities
∎ Maintaining green leaf register/ production register/ weathering book/ roller register/ room temperature miter monitoring/ generator register/ tea dispatch register/ tea testing report/ sale report/ market price analysis report/ factory stock report etc.
∎ Monitoring and checking store register/ fuel register and all kind of parts register
∎ Electric and gas bill maintenance and filing and regularly taking miter reading in a register book
∎ Preserving all kind of lenience such as fire/ factory/ environment/ trade etc.
∎ Overseeing tea shipment and warehouse operations
∎ Ensuring proper overhauling of machineries and equipment
∎ Ensuring quality production of made tea and leaker test after one (01) hour interval
∎ Maintaining excavator and all vehicles log book and fuel management register
∎ Supervising of fertilizer application of YTD
∎ Monitoring Green leaves and Shade tree
∎ Supervising irrigation program properly
∎ Ensuring the quality work for seedlings in nursery
∎ Checking and monitoring day and night tillah / Bungalow/ staff quarter/ Office chaukidar
∎ Maintaining liaison with government and others stakeholders
∎ Carring out other day to day official assignments by the management

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
