Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree (Social workers, Education, Psychology, Nurse, Public health, relevant degree)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Join the design activities and plan with child protection office;
∎ Facilitate the psychosocial group activities and or individually session for parent/ caregiver and adolescent at CP community centres. With culture appropriated in refugee camp and host community
∎ Recognise sign and symptom of mental and psychological distress and ethical refer client to proper services provider
∎ Maintain good coordination/ collaboration with other RI staffs and partner
∎ Ensure recognized international best practices and Relief International policies are applied in the work with women, girls and vulnerable persons
∎ Any other responsibilities as requested by supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience working with NGO in Cox's bazar is preferable
∎ Some basic knowledge of child protection, gender sensitivity, participatory approach.
∎ Previous experience in mental health and psychosocial activities
∎ Good knowledge of local context, strongly preferred
∎ Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and support unexpected task.

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
