Job Responsibilities

Position: Gold Trading Strategy Compliance & Risk Monitor (XAUUSD)

1. Strategy Alignment & Communication

  • Maintain direct and continuous communication with the Lead Trader (Strategy Owner).

  • Thoroughly understand and internalize the complete trading rulebook, including:

    • Market structure logic (HHHL / LLLH)

    • Block structure and support/resistance framework

    • Moving Average alignment criteria

    • Entry, exit, SL/TP, and risk constraints

  • Clarify ambiguities before trade validation.

  • Ensure zero discretionary interpretation beyond the documented system.


2. Pre-Execution Awareness

  • Remain fully aware of current market structure and active trading zones.

  • Track whether conditions are approaching valid execution criteria.

  • Be prepared to validate trade execution immediately once a position is opened.


3. Trade Validation (Primary Duty)

Immediately after a trade is executed:

  • Verify that all predefined rulebook conditions were satisfied at the moment of entry.

  • Confirm:

    • Structural alignment

    • Correct block usage

    • Proper MA alignment

    • Valid entry location

    • Risk percentage compliance

    • One-trade-per-block rule (if applicable)

If the trade fully complies, allow it to continue.

If the trade violates any rule, take immediate corrective action:

  • Close the trade without hesitation.

  • Document the violation.

  • Notify the Lead Trader with precise reasoning.


4. Active Trade Supervision

During the life of an open position:

  • Monitor structural integrity.

  • Identify rule invalidation events.

  • Enforce stop-loss refinement rules (if defined).

  • Prevent emotional overrides or discretionary interference.

If any structural or risk rule becomes invalid:

  • Close the position immediately.

  • Report the exact reason for closure.


5. Risk Governance Authority

The Compliance Monitor has full authority to:

  • Reject non-compliant trades.

  • Close trades that breach the system.

  • Enforce risk limits strictly.

No trade is exempt from rule enforcement.


6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain structured records of:

  • Entry compliance status

  • Violations detected

  • Reason for forced closure (if applicable)

  • Trader communication logs

  • Performance deviations from rulebook


Required Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must:

  • Possess strong trading psychology and emotional neutrality.

  • Demonstrate strict rule-based discipline.

  • Be comfortable enforcing rules even against the strategy owner.

  • Understand that this role prioritizes compliance over profit.

  • Avoid bias, impulse, and discretionary interpretation.

  • Operate with institutional-level risk awareness.
