Additional Requirements:
  • Age 32 to 50 years
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on managing both inbound and outbound tours.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful tour itineraries.
  • Experience in handling international travel logistics, including bookings, transportation, accommodations, and activities.
  • Client Management: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in addressing and resolving issues and emergencies that arise during tours.
  • Sales and Marketing: Experience in promoting and selling tour packages to potential clients. Proficiency in developing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop Tour Itineraries: Tailor tour itineraries and schedules to meet the specific interests and preferences of each group.
  • Book Travel Arrangements: Handle the booking of transportation, accommodations, meals, and activities to ensure a smooth and enjoyable tour experience.
  • Local Coordination: Coordinate with local guides, service providers, and attractions to provide a seamless experience. Client Communication and Preparation·
  • Pre-Tour Communication: Communicate with clients before their arrival to confirm details and preferences.
  • Pre-Tour Information: Provide clients with essential pre-tour information, including packing lists, cultural guidelines, and any other necessary preparations.
  • Itinerary Execution: Ensure the timely and smooth execution of the tour itinerary.
  • On-the-Ground Logistics: Manage on-the-ground logistics such as transportation and accommodation check-ins.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues or emergencies that arise during the tour promptly and efficiently.
  • Client Feedback: Collect feedback from clients at the end of the tour to identify areas for improvement and enhance future tours.
  • Research and Design: Research and design international tour packages that cater to a diverse range of interests and preferences.
  • Marketing and Sales: Promote tours to potential clients through effective marketing and sales efforts. Client Preparation for International Tours·
  • Booking Management: Handle bookings, payments, and confirmations for international tours.
  • Pre-Departure Briefings: Provide pre-departure briefings, covering visa requirements, health precautions, cultural etiquette, and other necessary information. Logistics and Coordination for International Tours·
  • International Arrangements: Arrange and confirm international transportation, accommodations, and activities.
  • Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with international partners and service providers to ensure seamless tour operations. Emergency Handling and Support·
  • Emergency Management: Handle emergencies and unexpected issues, such as lost passports or medical emergencies, effectively.
  • Authority Coordination: Coordinate with local authorities and embassies when necessary to ensure client safety and compliance with local regulations.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
