Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organizing Tours: Plan, organize, and execute tours for groups or individuals.
∎ Logistics Management: Coordinate transportation, accommodation, dining, and entertainment arrangements.
∎ Itinerary Creation: Develop detailed itineraries and provide travel information to tourists.
∎ Problem Solving: Handle unforeseen issues, complaints, and emergencies during the tour.
∎ Conflict Resolution: Ensure the safety and satisfaction of travelers by addressing their needs and resolving conflicts.
∎ Financial Oversight: Manage the tour budget, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors.
∎ Destination Insights: Conduct talks about the tour destination, sharing historical, cultural, or scientific information.
∎ Guest Engagement: Engage with tourists, providing context and enriching their travel experience.
∎ Professional Relationships: Maintain strong ties with vendors, airlines, hotels, and local service providers.
