Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to attract potential customers;
∎ Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers;
∎ Collection data of new prospects and follow up through the demand of them;
∎ Accomplish sales target & develop a new spectrum of the market;
∎ Handle credit sales & realization;
∎ Supervision and monitoring of the team members;
∎ Promoting different lines of products to potential customers;
∎ Arrange & conduct various meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities on the existing/new products to develop product awareness;
∎ Represent the Company in Government Offices, Banks, NGOs, if required;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in sales & marketing of Farm Machineries (Harvester, Tractor, Trailer, Power Tiller, etc.); or
∎ Experience in sales & marketing of Commercial Vehicles/Construction Equipment;
∎ Wholeheartedness to understand the Agriculture machineries market;
∎ Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics;
∎ Ability to write monthly and quarterly reports;
∎ Must be a good team player;
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite;
∎ Must have a valid Motorcycle Driving License;
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of legwork.
