∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ DVM/ BSc in Animal Husbandry / BSc in Fisheries/ Master's in Biological Science / Master's with a science background up to HSC level or a related field is typically required. Some positions may also require prior experience in sales or marketing roles within the animal health industry.

∎ Experience & Business Area:
∎ Experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the animal health and feed industries
∎ Sales results
∎ Receivable’s collection and evaluation
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating promotional content and interacting with customers.
∎ Understanding and interpreting data to assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
∎ Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to develop & maintain strong, solid working relationships with external customers and business partners (Veterinarians, Poultry, Cattle & Aqua Consultants, Farm Owners, Rural Village Practitioners, Wholesalers, Consignment Stockists, Retailers, Key Accounts, and Key Opinion Leaders etc.)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing, and executing promotional strategies within the assigned territory to increase sales of GreenHill Pharmaceuticals' products and services.
∎ Ensure effective coordination, cooperation, and monitoring of your sales team members and also being responsible for managing your own individual territory.
∎ Coordinate and implement various marketing campaigns, events, and activities aimed at boosting customer engagement, driving revenue and position GreenHill Pharmaceuticals’ products for long-term sustainable growth.
∎ Utilize both traditional and digital promotional methods, offer customer incentives, and ensure all campaigns align with the company’s overall sales and marketing objectives.
∎ Develop an understanding of customer needs, market trends by expanding basic product knowledge to enhance services and assist trade channel partners in growing their business.
∎ Develop and conduct meetings, training sessions, seminars, and other value-added services.
∎ Working closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure promotional strategies are aligned with the company’s objectives.
∎ Consistently initiates sharing of best practices/innovative ideas with line manager and teammates.
