Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating promotional content and interacting with customers.
Understanding and interpreting data to assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to develop & maintain strong, solid working relationships with external customers and business partners (Aqua Consultants, Farm Owners, Rural Village Practitioners, Wholesalers).
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for territory marketing activities of Aqua medicinal products.
Coordination and cooperation with assigned territory officer’s monthly product target.
Auditing aqua farms extensively and address biosecurity issues.
Diagnose problems associated with biosecurity and disease issues i.e. focusing/prescribe solutions.
Plan, create, develop and execute promotions that drive sales and create new customers.
Sharing up-to-date product and service knowledge with beneficiaries (Institutions, chemist, farmer).
Conduct technical seminar, symposium and conference.
Responsible for scientific product field trial and explore output.
Establishing brand through online and offline technical services.
Analyze and report current and future market trends.
