Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Kisan Botanix Ltd. is involved in production and distribution of potato seeds, and Gerbera plantlet from their own Lab. Being a well-established and fast-growing agro company we are looking for professional individuals interested in developing their career for following position:
∎ Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the tissue culture laboratory.
∎ Develop and implement protocols for tissue culture propagation, focusing on Potato and Gerbera.
∎ Ensure quality control and consistency in plant propagation processes.
∎ Supervise and train lab staff, ensuring compliance with safety and procedural guidelines.
∎ Monitor inventory and procure lab supplies and equipment as needed.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or biological issues in the tissue culture process.
∎ Maintain accurate records of lab activities and ensure timely reporting to management.
