Key Responsibilities
Develop new dealer networks and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, retailers, Farmer Hubs, and direct farmers.
Maintain and update potential dealer and customer databases.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.
Organize dealer point visits and farmers meetings regularly.
Identify and develop new markets to expand sales coverage.
Execute marketing and promotional activities (banners, posters, festoons) at dealer points and key market locations.
Set and achieve monthly sales targets based on crop seasonality and market demand.
Ensure product movement aligns with forecasts and sales budgets.
