Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in construction, with expertise in Civil Construction, steel structures; prior experience in solar based construction should be considered an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, project management, and structural engineering principles.

• Hands-on experience with construction site tools, equipment, and safety standards.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.

Kisan Botanix Limited is a leading agro-based company in Bangladesh, dedicated to modernizing agriculture through innovative solutions. We are planning to start some exciting projects like warehouse/cold storage facility in Bogra. We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth execution of construction activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring they are executed according to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to maintain effective communication and workflow.

• Monitor the installation of steel structures and other construction elements, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.

• Oversee the procurement and use of materials, ensuring optimal use and reducing wastage.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and address any issues promptly.

• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all site workers.

• Maintain daily records of site activities, including work progress, material usage, and any issues encountered.

• Support the team in achieving project milestones and preparing reports for stakeholders.
