Requirements:

• HSC or degree in a relevant field.

• Proven experience in ticketing and visa processing within the travel industry.

• Strong knowledge of visa requirements for various destinations.

• Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Manage end-to-end ticketing processes for domestic and international travel.

• Handle visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Liaise with airlines, embassies, and other travel-related entities to facilitate smooth processes.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries related to travel documentation.

• Stay updated on visa policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.
