We are seeking candidates for Ticketing Officer to join our team; the ideal candidates need to have similar working experience with knowledge of GDS system. For any queries WhatsApp messages and Email only, no call please.

The role based in Doha, Qatar and preference will be given to the Candidates who has minimum 5 years’ experience in Amadeus ticketing system and TRAACS software users.

• Qualification:

01.   Assisting Walk in and corporate passengers with inquiries regarding their Travel Plans- Face to Face, Over Phone, Email or LPO basis

02.   Updated and Smart to fulfil all queries regarding- Flight details, Cancellations and Changes

03.   Ready to serve 24/7 over phone customer queries and provide support to passengers regarding any issues that may arise with their Bookings, Reservations or Rental Issues.

04.      Handling Airline ticketing, Travel Arrangements and Hotel Reservations using g the corresponding reservation system GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, World Span)

05.   Those who have completed and achieved IATA Certificates are encourage to apply

06.   Conversational Language – Bengali, English and Hindi
