Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities & Context

• Sell Tickets and Reservations.

• Knowledge about MOFA

• Client hunt, creating market opportunity.

• Monitor & follow up the individual, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.

• Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.

• Provide necessary support to Visa, Hotel Booking & Package Tours.

• Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.

• Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.

• Monitor market fares versus air add-on charts and recommend changes as necessary from published fares, group fares, fare sales, discount, low-cost carriers, airline contracts, and consolidators.

• Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and service-related accounts.

• Job Location: 86-87 (4th Floor), Rayerbag Shopping Complex, Rayerbag, Kadamtali, Dhaka-1362.

• 20000/= to 25,000/= + Commission
