Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sell Tickets and Reservations.
∎ Knowledge about MOFA
∎ Client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Monitor & follow up the individual, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Provide necessary support to Visa, Hotel Booking & Package Tours.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.
∎ Monitor market fares versus air add-on charts and recommend changes as necessary from published fares, group fares, fare sales, discount, low-cost carriers, airline contracts, and consolidators.
∎ Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and service-related accounts.
∎ Job Location: 86-87 (4th Floor), Rayerbag Shopping Complex, Rayerbag, Kadamtali, Dhaka-1362.
