Education:
∎ M. Sc / B Sc in Civil Engineering / Water Resource Engineering / Sanitation Engineering / Urban Planning in Public University / any reputed Private University.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Urban practice with a focus on solid waste & fecal sludge management, wastewater management, water resource management.
∎ Demonstrated experience in program or project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
∎ Strong communication & language skills in English.
∎ Proven experience in urban programing, planning, development on WASH, waste management and water resource management and capable in managing and facilitating knowledge exchange between internal and external practitioners.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop integrated city-level/ decentralized solutions for structures in small and medium-sized cities covering the waste management, WASH facility.
∎ Fecal sludge management, DEWATS, shit-flow diagram, waste flow diagram, water balance etc.
∎ Develop DPRs/plans and designs for proven solution and application of instruments in town municipalities and replicate city scale solutions.
∎ Prepare SOPs and framework of proven solutions and instruments in for replication for small and medium-sized cities.
∎ Assist to develop sector strategy in line with NGO Forum’s mission, vision and strategic planning in the WASH and waste management priority.
∎ Produce high quality and timely reports as required by the donor and for NGO Forum and ensure documentation of lessons learnt, good practice and case studies to contribute to broader sector learning.
