Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Define, analyze and reduce the lean wastages in the plant areas through implementation of lean- six sigma concept and other IE tools & techniques.
∎ Existing Process Efficiency monitoring and Improvement.
∎ Work on floor space, process layout , optimal utilization of manpower & cost analysis through Value stream mapping (VSM).
∎ Manage the plant Incentive system efficiently.
∎ Process Standardization through Standard Operating procedure implementation and follow up.
∎ Cycle time, Production Capacity & Manpower standardization through time & method study.
∎ Employee Training and Development according to SOP
∎ Improve Productivity & Efficiency through bottleneck identification, Root cause & Pareto analysis and maintaining smooth production flow.
∎ Implement KAIZEN and also consider the Ergonomic concept in every process.
∎ Engage with technical work on manpower hiring, training & development and evaluation process according to the GQS hiring and Evaluation procedure.
∎ Report to his/her supervisor on daily, weekly and monthly basis on various Plant KPI.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
