Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for entire activities of sales in assigned area.
∎ Supervising and organizing team members in a planned manner
∎ Responsible for achieving the own & Team's Sales Target
∎ Establishing and maintaining dealer or distribution network by own
∎ Generating sales volume from the existing and creating new customers
∎ Critical situation handling and tactical strategy implementation to close deals with prospects
∎ Initiate and conduct training for team members to improve their skills
∎ Ensure reconcile distribution floor stock every week.
∎ Ensure morning meeting and night meeting of all Team Members every day.
∎ Submit daily, weekly & monthly report required by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Maintaining, and growing new and existing channel relationships
∎ Should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency
∎ Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
∎ Judgment and decision-making ability.
