Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve area sales target by following “Cash Sales Policy”.
∎ Lead and guide area Sales and Marketing team towards GOAL by aligning company objective, and responsible for collecting any receivable of the company.
∎ Identify distribution network and setting up dealers to strengthen the supply chain, ensure presence of company products and merchandise to the dealers point.
∎ Implement “Buy-Back Program” of the company and communicate with different customers & connect them to the dealers/retailers.
∎ Plan and implement appropriate promotional activities efficiently; and monitor, visit and mobilize key influencers and lead farmers across territories.
∎ Visit and establish rapport with DAE and other agricultural organizations/institutions to promote AgroSAL products.
