Salary: Tk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Diploma in Agriculture or Bachelor degree in any subject

• Achieve area sales target by following “Cash Sales Policy”.

• Lead and guide area Sales and Marketing team towards GOAL by aligning company objective, and responsible for collecting any receivable of the company.

• Identify distribution network and setting up dealers to strengthen the supply chain, ensure presence of company products and merchandise to the dealers point.

• Implement “Buy-Back Program” of the company and communicate with different customers & connect them to the dealers/retailers.

• Plan and implement appropriate promotional activities efficiently; and monitor, visit and mobilize key influencers and lead farmers across territories.

• Visit and establish rapport with DAE and other agricultural organizations / institutions to promote AgroSAL products.
