Diploma in Agriculture or Bachelor degree in any subject
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve area sales target by following “Cash Sales Policy”.
Lead and guide area Sales and Marketing team towards GOAL by aligning company objective, and responsible for collecting any receivable of the company.
Identify distribution network and setting up dealers to strengthen the supply chain, ensure presence of company products and merchandise to the dealers point.
Implement “Buy-Back Program” of the company and communicate with different customers & connect them to the dealers/retailers.
Plan and implement appropriate promotional activities efficiently; and monitor, visit and mobilize key influencers and lead farmers across territories.
Visit and establish rapport with DAE and other agricultural organizations / institutions to promote AgroSAL products.
