Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a sales executive within the assigned zone to develop retail sales.
∎ Identifying local business opportunities and challenges to expand the market.
∎ Work closely with distributor and internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets.
∎ Collaboration and coordination with distributor’s team members ensuring adequate product knowledge, sales training, and sales support as may require following company sales policy.
∎ Regular market analysis and market development collecting competitor’s information, activities, and strategies aligning with company objectives.
∎ Achieving monthly sales and collection targets. - Regular collection monitoring and meeting the collection target maintaining less risk of dealer default.
∎ Work in a team under the direct supervision of the Area Sales Manager in formulating marketing & sales policy with the guidance and inspiration of the company.
∎ Providing a monthly report on sales, collection, and retailer & distributor status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Excellent communication & international Skill.
∎ Presentable, Salesmanship and Team Worker.
∎ Strong analytical skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Target oriented and hard-working
∎ Good command in English & Bengali.
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer operation /office automation.
∎ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable
