Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in any field will be preferred.
∎ Diploma in Sales Techniques is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
∎ Identify local business opportunities and challenges
∎ Report on territory sales results (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
∎ Present our products and services to prospective customers
∎ Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
∎ Work closely with other salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas
∎ Answer customer questions about features, pricing, promotions and additional services
∎ Visit outlets daily
∎ Build rapport with influencers, mechanics and workshops for sustainable business growth.
∎ Cross-sell products, when appropriate

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience as a Sales Representative
∎ Familiarity with lubricant industry is a plus
∎ Experience with CRM software
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Resilient and hard working with a proven track record in sales

Salary: Negotiable
