Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Role: Having FMCG / Distribution background, the candidate shall follow company procedures and policy to ensure timely implementation of operational activities. This includes Planning, Procurement, Asset management, Warehouse & inventory management, Transport Distribution and Resource management. The incumbent will ensure timely sourcing, import, purchase and reorder of stocks (raw materials, finished products, packing materials, etc.) to meet business objectives. They will also keep track of logistics and update the company's inventory while analyzing operational performance and resolve issues. They shall also collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards. They will be required to ensure stock audits and delivery against orders are fulfilled. Must be highly motivated with excellent working knowledge of supply chain & logistics aspects in resolving operational critical challenges as they arise in an emergency setup.
∎ Create the company's operations and supply chain strategy
∎ Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
∎ Evaluate and report on KPIs
∎ Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
∎ Maintain supply chain inventory and records
∎ Train and guide employees
∎ Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
∎ Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
∎ Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)
∎ Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
∎ Ensure invoicing and reconciliation of orders with their delivery
∎ Monitor and track all sales and delivery activities are conducted in line with company payment policy
∎ Initiate and run inventory audits on monthly basis to ensure physical stock accounting is in tally with ERP system
Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience as a supply chain/operations manager or in a similar field
∎ Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Excellent organizational and project management skills
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Creative problem-solving
∎ A strategic and analytical mind
∎ Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field.
Salary: Negotiable
