∎ Ensuring Secondary sales in all the listed/prospective lubricant retail points in particular territory.
∎ Develop and maintain sustainable trade relationship with trade.
∎ Consistently engage trade in various business activities for business growth.
∎ Expanding distribution channel in designated territory to the optimum level.
∎ Executing trade & workshop campaigns abiding by the company guidelines.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and devising strategies for improvement..
∎ Addressing and resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Building long-term relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
