Ensuring Secondary sales in all the listed/prospective lubricant retail points in particular territory.
Develop and maintain sustainable trade relationship with trade.
Consistently engage trade in various business activities for business growth.
Expanding distribution channel in designated territory to the optimum level.
Executing trade & workshop campaigns abiding by the company guidelines.
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and devising strategies for improvement..
Addressing and resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Building long-term relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
