Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet annual, monthly and weekly sales target according to Basumati Energy Ltd.
∎ Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal relationship with potential and actual customers.
∎ Assist line manager to Sales Planning & Negotiation with the customers.
∎ Assist line manager to determine and manage the marketing budget.
∎ Assist line manager to increase the percentage of repeat sales from all customers.
∎ Responsible to ensure the payment collection in timely from the customer(s).
∎ Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects lube oil sales in industrial & corporate segments.
∎ Search & develop new industry, corporate and customer(s).
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, supply-chain, and key decision makers.
∎ Prepare and assist the team for making lubricants price offer, assure on lead time delivery to the customers.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate the transportation and delivery of all lubricants requests to retail stations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A technical understanding of lubricants or lubrication system.
∎ Highly motivated and results driven
∎ Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
∎ Must have a good command of the English language
∎ Must possess good analytical and writing communication skills
∎ Must be able to work with multicultural companies
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure
∎ Organized and methodical
