Job Responsibilities:
∎ To sell mustard oil to the shopkeepers in Dhaka Metropolitan area.
∎ To enhance the sales and meet the monthly sales target.
∎ Engage in field work for most of the time of working hour.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report as required by respective manager.
∎ Provide feedback to the concerned reporting manager from time to time.
∎ Daily effective follow-up with existing and potential Customers to increase the sales.
∎ Ensure Product delivery within the committed time to the Customers
∎ Coordinate after Sales services to previous Customers in order to build up long term business relationship.
∎ Provide data to respective manager for analyzing customer's need analysis and competitive analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants who reside in Dhaka Metropolitan area can apply only.
∎ Should be self-motivated, friendly, dynamic, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have basic Computer Knowledge specially in Microsoft Office specially in Excel
∎ Efficient Customers Service.
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Take challenge in the new environment.
∎ Building good relations with customers.
∎ Motivational skills for Sales.
∎ Should have related Market Knowledge.
