Job Responsibilities:
∎ To sell mustard oil to the shopkeepers leading the sales team in Dhaka Metropolitan area
∎ To enhance the sales and meet the monthly sales target.
∎ To prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report as required by management.
∎ To create and apply modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for increasing existing sales volume of first moving consumer goods : Mustard oil.
∎ To take effective measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities
∎ To prepare monthly sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new market
∎ To prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ To prepare competitors sales & activity report
∎ To supervise & monitor effective market visit of the team members to the existing and potential customers
∎ To coordinate & communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure product availability
∎ To provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time

∎ Age 25 to 30 years

∎ Good communication & Negotiation skill
∎ Leadership and Team Management skill
∎ Positive/diplomatic approach to critical situation handling

∎ Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
