Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare an action plan to achieve monthly sales targets of the territory.
∎ Assist in appointing new distributors and help weak distributors in developing sales.
∎ Supervise and monitor the Sales Representatives (SR) to achieve their daily target.
∎ Monitor daily orders and deliveries through digital sales application.
∎ Focus on new customer development and retention of existing customers to achieve sales growth.
∎ Prepare the reports (e.g. sales report, target vs. achievement, memo report etc.) and submit it to the Regional Manager (RM) on a regular basis.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
