Job Context:
∎ Globe Edible Oil Limited, a sister concern of Globe Pharmaceuticals Group of Companies Limited is the country`s leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing company. To support its continuous growth, we are looking for smart, energetic and hard-working team members for the following position:
∎ Position: Territory Sales Officer
∎ Department: Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage sales, distribution and business development of multiple markets.
∎ Daily outlet visit.
∎ Monitoring of sales officers and dealers.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report as required by management.
∎ Daily report to respective manager.
∎ Competitor's activity analysis.
∎ Work with ASO for market development.
∎ Engage in field work for 90% of total working hour. Mainly ASO, shopkeeper & distributor handling.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be self-motivated, friendly, dynamic, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Motorcycle driving ability preferred.
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Take challenge in the new environment.
∎ Building good relations with customers.
∎ Meeting the monthly sales target.
