Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
∎ Develop Sales Strategy & Action Plan for Assigned Segment / Territory
∎ Visit dealer / retailer regularly
∎ Convert Prospects to Customer
∎ Monitor and report on competitor's activities
∎ Prepare action plans for team as well as individuals to ensure effective search of sales leads, prospects and market penetration
∎ Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and company to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of business goals
∎ Ensure timely payment from customer as per company policy
∎ Execute Sales & Technical Presentations to customers
∎ Arrange and execute seminars and events in line with Marketing Plan
∎ Develop Proof of Performance Trials and Testimonials from customers
∎ Maintain account ledger of all customers
∎ Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting of Business Activity
∎ Gather and update Market Information to Line Manager
∎ Reports to Area Sales Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in B2C/ Retail Channel/ B2B
∎ A blended experiences of FMCG & LPG industry will get preference
∎ Having working exposure in Chittagong market will get preference
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Salary:
∎ Market based competitive salary will be offered with other benefits commensurate with qualification and relevant experience
