∎ Diploma in Sales Techniques is a plus
∎ Bachelor's Degree in any field will be preferred.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Zonal Manager to help us increase sales and address customer needs within a specific region.
∎ To be successful in this role, one should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales targets.
∎ Ultimately, the candidate will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
∎ Identify local business opportunities and challenges
∎ Report on territory sales results (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
∎ Present our products and services to prospective customers
∎ Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
∎ Work closely with other salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas
∎ Answer customer questions about features, pricing, promotions and additional services
∎ Visit outlets daily
∎ Build rapport with influencers, mechanics and workshops for sustainable business growth.
∎ Cross-sell products, when appropriate
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience requirement: 6-7 years
∎ Work experience as a Sales Representative
∎ Experience with FMCG, Tire and lubricant industry is a plus
∎ Experience with CRM software
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Resilient and hard working with a proven track record in sales
