Dealer Sales, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Retail Management, retail Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Route plan wise retail out let create & explain & order collection (Roja product canvassing)
∎ Ensure POS material display in retail point as per TSM & Shop owners plan.
∎ Motivate retail shop owner & staffs for boost up for Roja products sells.
∎ Ensure Products display (Upper layer of the fridge with clear visibility)
∎ Ensure uninterrupted delivery to the Retailers & Consumer
∎ Ensure product delivery as per order collection
∎ Distributor stock monitoring & ensure order placement in due time.
∎ Daily report to TSM
∎ Collect competitors’ activities & Report to TSM
∎ Search new opportunities for increasing sales.
∎ Increase retail outlets by insisting new comer.
∎ Send daily Visit, sales & Stock report to reporting supervisor
∎ Plan & send requisition for necessary POSM
∎ Monitor & maintain different incentives plan given by HO.
∎ Provide & give support as an when required.
∎ Make a list of each retail points as per format (route base).
∎ Act as an after-sales support member to consumer.
∎ Should maintain proper knowledge about products, route, retail points & their staffs
∎ Establish and maintain optimum relation with all trade partners.
∎ Give full support to increase Brand Loyalty by giving professional activities to retailers and Consumers.
∎ Train & Support all DBH staffs as per company policy.
∎ Daily meeting with delivery man, DB manager for that day plan & last day activities. If find any problem then take necessary steps to resolve
∎ Submit weekly report with new ideas, Competitors activities, new Outlet information & etc.
∎ Meeting with TSM
∎ Attend monthly meeting in Head Office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a time-frame
