Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
∎ Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
∎ Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing Events.
∎ Training & motivating the marketing team to execute marketing plan.
∎ Liaising with advertising agencies and all other relevant vendor/supplier.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
∎ Sourcing advertising opportunities to explore, plan and execution.
∎ Recommending aggressive promotional plan and Implementing, Monitoring & Analyzing the promotional impacts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a time-frame.
∎ Fluency in Bangla and English.
