Job Responsibilities:
∎ Track market trend and consumer behavior by regular market visit, analyzing Primary and secondary data and sales report
∎ Monitor competitors' Products, initiatives, and market
∎ Develop smooth relationships with dealers & ensure the product visibility
∎ Have to report directly to the Divisional Manager
∎ Conducting market research, using questionnaires and focus groups discussion, analysis of outcome and report
∎ Develop different communication and Promotion materials, managing the production of those, and arranging the effective distribution
∎ Monitor customer preferences to better understand what type of sales efforts would be most effective for particular clients
∎ Organize events activation and evaluation
∎ To maintain, operate and update databases
∎ Contribute to developing Marketing mix and branding strategies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Very Attractive sales Incentive
