Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Recruit, train, and supervise Sales Representatives (SRs) to ensure consistent performance.
- Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors as per market demand.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and competitor activities.
- Implement promotional campaigns and ensure proper merchandising at retail points.
- Ensure daily order collection and timely payment recovery from the market.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on market trends, product performance, and competitor strategies.
